Indoor Swimming Pool
Swimming is a complete exercise as it uses more muscles and body parts than any other form of exercise and is therefore a fantastic way to tone-up, burn calories and improve fitness. Westonbirt Leisure Centre’s stunning 25 metre indoor Swimming Pool is used by all ages and abilities. Our pool is safe, clean and heated to a perfect 29°C. It also has excellent water quality, and benefits from low chlorine levels.
You can enjoy a relaxed swim or we have dedicated lanes for uninterrupted swimming, diving boards and swimming lessons (in conjunction with Mary Derek Swimming Lessons) or just have pure aqua fun with the whole family.
Children's Swimming Lessons

Swimming Parties/Swimming Pool Birthday Parties
The Swimming Pool can be hired for private use. It makes a great venue for a children’s swim party, where inflatables, water polo goals and floats can be used during an hour in the pool.
Swimming Pool Opening Times
The Swimming Pool is open to members 7 days a week with lane swimming accommodated each morning until 9.00am and every weekday lunchtime. Weekday evenings and availability on Saturdays and Sundays ensure that a comprehensive swim programme is accessible to members.
