DescriptionThis is an energetic class using a mix of high energy interval training combining athletic aerobic movements for building strength and stamina together with non impact mixed martial arts. Drawing from a wide range of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai, as well as strength and stabilisation exercises. This is a high energy class that can offer options for new or returning guests.

DescriptionStretch, tone and relax with a mixture of Yoga, Pilates and Dance stretches. This class uses movement based flexibility, core exercises and developmental stretching and is perfect for people wishing to increase range of movement, improve posture & alignment and relieve muscular tension. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

DescriptionBrining the concept of off road cycling indoors. This class gives the individual a whole body workout using the revolutionary X-Bars handle bar system and replicates the movement and demands of riding a mountain bike off road on rough terrain - a workout that goes far beyond just spinning pedals!

DescriptionFitSteps came to life in 2013 as the result of a collaboration between two of the UK's most famous ballroom dancers and Britain's most successful swimmer! During the long, arduous dance training sessions that are an integral part of Britain's most successful entertainment show, 'Strictly Come Dancing', Natalie Lowe, Mark Foster and Ian Waite had a great idea. The programme is based around twelve of the most popular Latin and Ballroom dances and the first class that we've launched has elements of six of these dances - Jive, Cha Cha, Samba, Tango, Waltz and Quickstep.

Class attendees must pay at reception before entering the Aerobic Studio. A class receipt will be issued upon payment, which must then be given to the instructor before the class can commence.
